Our Story
1Dayis2Day Books was born from real life - from the messy, beautiful, exhausting journey of healing. Like you, we know what it’s like to carry the weight of trauma and cling to the hopes of experiencing life through a less broken lens. Healing is hard, and sometimes it’s hard to see the progress you’re making, but that’s exactly where our story began. Our founder used these tools to bridge her own gap between struggle and growth. Believing that one day she will be better, she will be okay and find calm in the chaos and make peace with her past. Over time, those pages turned into tools that helped her (and others) breathe again, reflect deeper, and show up with a little more self-compassion.
